I'm the President of UNCS, a national closeout distribution company — and I've spent two decades in the trenches: building teams, scaling companies, facilitating peer groups, and figuring out what actually makes people step up and lead.
I've coached executives through the kind of decisions that keep you up at night. I've trained thousands of employees across industries — and I've seen what works and what's just expensive theater. I'm also a husband and a dad to two kids, which is its own masterclass in leadership.
I'm a 14-year YPO member, a founding board member of the YPO Fort Lauderdale Integrated Chapter, and Past Chair. I started as Assistant Learning Officer (2022-2024), became Learning Officer (2024-2025), and served as Chapter Chair (2025-2026). Before Fort Lauderdale, I served as Spouse Forum Officer for YPO Miami (2020-2021), seeding and facilitating the chapter's first professional spouse forum from the ground up.
