I'm the President of UNCS, a national closeout distribution company — and I've spent two decades in the trenches alongside being an operator: building teams, scaling companies, facilitating peer groups, and figuring out what actually makes people step up and lead.

I'm an operator first — running day-to-day operations at a company I've helped build for over two decades. I've coached executives through the kind of decisions that keep you up at night. I've trained thousands of employees across industries — and I've seen what works and what's just expensive theater. I'm also a husband and a dad to two kids, which is its own masterclass in leadership.

I'm a 14-year YPO member, a founding board member of the YPO Fort Lauderdale Integrated Chapter, and currently serve as Chapter Chair. I started as Assistant Learning Officer (2022–2024), became Learning Officer (2024–2025), and now serve as Chapter Chair (2025–2026) — watching something we built from scratch grow into a thriving community. Before Fort Lauderdale, I served as Spouse Forum Officer for YPO Miami (2020–2021), seeding and facilitating the chapter's first professional spouse forum from the ground up. I also built a Forum for Business program inside my own organization using the YPO International framework. I know what it takes to build trust, create psychological safety, and hold space for the conversations that drive real growth.
